TWIC Alert

Please be advised that as of 6/28/13, all TWIC enrollment centers have transitioned to a new enrollment provider (MorphoTrust USA) as part of the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) Universal Enrollment Services (UES) initiative, which will help standardize enrollment services across TSA. Please note the following UES information/resources available to stakeholders:

  • UES Website:

    • The UES website contains the latest information on enrollment centers (e.g., addresses, hours of operation, etc.)

    • The UES website also provides for the ability to check enrollment/card status after applying for the TWIC program.

    • A “NEW” feature is also available on this website – the ability to order an Extended Expiration Date (EED) TWIC or card replacement on the web!

    • The TSA TWIC Program website is still the best resource for overall TWIC program information and requirement:

  • UES Call Center: 1-855 DHS-UES1 (1-855-347-8371)

    • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM Eastern

    • All UES and TWIC inquiries and all enrollment center appointments can be made by contacting the UES Call Center.

Important Notes:

· Because of this transition, all check and money order payments for TWIC services should be made to payable to “MorphoTrust USA”.
· The location of the Wilmington enrollment center remains unchanged – 19 B Davidson Ln., Building 3, New Castle, DE 19720-2207
· The legacy websites and the Lockheed Martin Call Center will be decommissioned in the near future (e.g., and 1-866-DHS-TWIC, will be retired)
